University students take part in a model CPPCC program

The model program for youth has been a tradition in Chaoyang district's CPPCC. The initiative has been further institutionalized through observations, research, and consultative meetings.

Chaoyang district has formed a mentor team of CPPCC members and political education teachers, covering 15 universities and 21 primary and secondary education groups. They offer guidance on CPPCC theory, proposal writing, and model activities, encouraging students to advocate for their generation.

Moving forward, Chaoyang district's CPPCC will refine these proposals, transforming valuable suggestions into public insights, and pairing CPPCC members with outstanding proposals to develop them into formal ones.
