A glimpse into China's western region transformation

A new phase of western development has begun, with the first three quarters of this year, 10 out of 12 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in the western region saw value-added industrial output growth surpassing the national average. Through unwavering commitment over more than two decades in areas such as energy, transportation, manufacturing and innovation, the western region has undergone a remarkable transformation.
