It's located in Zhejiang, but it tastes like Taiwan

Ye and his wife and daughter have fully settled on the mainland. The couple manage the restaurant together, while their daughter pursuing her education in Beijing.

"What drove me to start a business in Zhoushan was my deep understanding of this place," Ye said.

From his perspective, misunderstandings still exist between people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. He hopes his work can help bridge these gaps.

"Through my restaurant, I aim to share Taiwan's culture and strengthen grassroots connections between the two sides," Ye said. "Even as a small player, I believe bridging misunderstandings is of immense value."
