Disneytown also hosted a traditional lion dance performance on Wednesday. In addition, visitors can view a special dragon parade in Disneytown from Jan 29 to Feb 2. Other Spring Festival activities, including a marketplace, workshops and shows, will continue in Disneytown until Feb 12.
In the spirit of the holiday, Shanghai Disney Resort and Walt Disney Company China prepared nearly 6,000 New Year gift packages over the past week leading up to Spring Festival and distributed them to over 50 children's hospitals across the country, including 50 children's hospitals that have Disney Fun Houses.

Additionally, the resort's volunteer group also made a visit to the Shanghai Children's Hospital of Fudan University to deliver gifts to hospitalized children.
