The third China International Supply Chain Expo will be held in Beijing from July 16 to 20, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade revealed on Friday.
Unlike the previous two expos, which were held at the end of November, this year's event will take place earlier to meet the expectations of global participants, the Beijing-based council said.
The CCPIT has launched global roadshows to promote the expo, with events already held since January in 12 countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Germany and South Africa.
Foreign companies and institutions have shown strong interest in the expo, with more than 300 domestic and international companies already confirmed to attend, the CCPIT said.
Following the success of the second expo, which attracted over 160,000 offline visitors, the third expo is expected to attract even larger crowds, especially from overseas groups and enterprises, the CCPIT said.
