Li Lecheng appointed Party secretary of MIIT

Li Lecheng has been appointed as the Party secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, replacing Jin Zhuanglong, according to the official WeChat account of the MIIT on Friday.

Prior to this appointment, Li served as the governor of Liaoning province.
