Four Seasons Hotel Wuhan will open its doors in 2029, occupying the highest area of the 53-storey high-rise known as Sky Center, WCCG.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has partnered with Wuhan Jianzhuo Real Estate Company Limited, a subsidiary of Wuhan City Construction Group Co, to develop a landmark luxury hotel in the heart of Wuhan. The new Four Seasons Hotel Wuhan is set to open in 2029, marking the global hospitality brand's entry into the dynamic capital of Hubei province.

Occupying the highest floors of the 53-story Sky Center in Hankou's primary business and financial district, the hotel will feature 220 rooms and suites overlooking Zhongshan Park.

"Wuhan's strategic location in central China, combined with its economic vitality and cultural appeal, makes it an ideal destination for Four Seasons," said Bart Carnahan, president of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons.

As a major economic, technological, and cultural hub, Wuhan is home to over 300 Fortune 500 companies and serves as a crucial gateway to nine provinces, offering extensive high-speed rail, highway, and Yangtze River connectivity.

"The arrival of Four Seasons Hotel Wuhan sets a new benchmark for our group as an urban governance partner and premium lifestyle service provider," said Ying Zhigang, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Wuhan City Construction Group.

"This project will enhance Wuhan's hospitality sector, attract high-end business and tourism, and drive the city's progress as an international metropolis."
