Peng'an county blossoms into tourism hub with flower-themed events

Local officials said the tourist surge has significantly boosted the consumption of local farm stays, snacks and specialty products.

A resident surnamed Zhang said his farm stay receives over 100 customers daily by offering a package of blossom viewing and farmhouse dishes.

"Tourists keep coming for the farmhouse dishes and local specialties, and our income continues to grow. These peach and plum blossoms are like 'golden flowers' for us," he said.

From flower viewing to diverse experiences, Peng'an has extended visitor stays and increased consumption through continuous innovation in consumer offerings, unlocking the potential of rural vitalization, local authorities said.
