Peach blossoms have transformed a village in Linwu county, Hunan province, into a popular spring destination. The blooms have drawn residents and tourists for sightseeing, spring outings, and the chance to adopt peach trees.

Through the adoption program, patrons receive ownership of the fruits their adopted trees produce within the year and can participate in harvesting. So far, nearly 1,600 peach trees have been adopted, helping local fruit growers overcome sales challenges.

In recent years, Linwu county has utilized its land resources, climate, and geographical advantages to integrate the cultivation of peaches and other fruits, boosting income opportunities and supporting sustainable economic growth for local communities.
