To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Georgia's Feast is unveiling a special limited-time brunch, inviting Beijing diners to indulge in an authentic Georgian culinary experience.

Since opening its doors in 2015, Georgia's Feast has been dedicated to showcasing the flavors of Georgia — Eurasia's crossroads of cuisine — while serving as a bridge for cultural exchange through its immersive dining experiences.

What began as a small eatery on Beixiaojie, Sanlitun, along Liangma River in Chaoyang district, has evolved into a 1,000-square-meter fine dining destination. Renowned for its artisanal craftsmanship, immersive ambiance, and warm hospitality, the restaurant has garnered a devoted following and numerous industry accolades.

The anniversary brunch menu features a curated selection of Georgian specialties, complemented by Khinkali station, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict, crepes, and other food.

Georgia's Feast's menu showcases the authentic flavors of the Caucasus, including the Adjarian Khachapuri, a traditional cheese bread with a golden, crispy crust and rich, melted cheese. The Chkmeruli, a classic roast chicken dish, is crisp on the outside and tender within, served in a creamy garlic sauce infused with aromatic spices.

The Georgian-Style Venison with Potatoes in Wine Sauce is one must-try which features New Zealand venison slow-cooked with potatoes and mushrooms for a deep, full-bodied flavor, while the Barbecue Pork Ribs, marinated in a signature glaze, offer a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and savory notes.

Beyond the exclusive brunch experience, Georgia's Feast will host a three-day 10th-anniversary celebration from March 28 to 30, featuring live music, dance performances, a DJ party, and interactive guest experiences.
