Suizhou sets mushroom dish world record

Suizhou, Hubei province, recently sets a Guinness World Record for organizing a mushroom feast with the most varieties of mushroom dishes. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

The two-day event concluded on March 30 with Yang officially certifying the mushroom feast as the "most varieties of mushroom dishes on display". Ten dishes received gold awards for "Most Popular Mushroom Dish", while 20 entries, like the mushroom and chicken and charcoal-grilled mushrooms, secured silver awards.
