Daqing Oilfield hits record high monthly gas production

In March, Daqing Oilfield Co, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corp in Heilongjiang province, achieved a monthly natural gas production of over 100 million cubic meters in its exploration area of Sichuan province and Chongqing city.

It marked a record high for the exploration area since it was developed, with a 35 percent year-on-year increase.

Over the years, the Chongqing Branch of Daqing Oilfield has innovatively practiced management methods of grid-based, standardized, professional, and digital operations, ensuring no blind spots in inspections at natural gas stations, no errors in operations, no leaks in pipelines, and no mistakes in chain protection, according to the company.
