2 killed in US Ohio train accident

FREMONT, United States -- Two people were killed and at least one is missing after a train hit several pedestrians in northern Ohio on Sunday evening, authorities said.

Fremont Mayor Danny Sanchez confirmed two fatalities, without disclosing how many others were hurt or hospitalized.

Fremont police said the Miles Newton Bridge was closed as emergency crews were searching the area for the missing, urging the public to stay clear of the scene.
