China adds three US entities to export control list

China has decided to add three US entities to its export control list to safeguard national security and interests, and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement on Thursday.

The three entities are Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc, Planate Management Group, and Global Dimensions LLC.

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, exports of dual-use items to the above-mentioned three US entities are prohibited, and all ongoing relevant export activities shall be immediately ceased. Under special circumstances where export is truly necessary, export operators shall file an application with the Ministry of Commerce.
