POP MART to debut limited-edition Labubu refrigerator on JD.com

Chinese collectibles giant POP MART is bringing its fan-favorite IPs into everyday life with the launch of a Labubu-themed refrigerator, marking a broad entry into the home appliance market.
According to an official announcement on April 24, the company will release the Labubu refrigerator at a retail price of 5,999 yuan ($877) on JD.com, with global sales capped at just 999 units. The product will go on sale on April 30.
The launch follows earlier signals that the company is moving beyond its core collectible toy business into broader lifestyle categories, leveraging its iconic characters to enter higher-value, everyday consumer scenarios.
On Friday, its flagship theme park, Pop Land, unveiled a major upgrade in Beijing, introducing three new themed zones and five large-scale attractions centered on its most recognizable IPs, The Monsters and Dimoo.
