Fudan University reveals top 10 scientific and technological advances of 2025

Launched in 2022 to unite efforts and mark the university's major breakthroughs, the selection aims to recognize, encourage and inspire the spirit of original innovation among its research teams. In addition to the 10 awarded research advances, another 12 research results were nominated for the honor.

This year also marks the 121st anniversary of the university. Along with the award ceremony, the university held a scientific symposium on the same day. With a focus on "comprehensive interdisciplinary integration", five scholars from diverse fields at the school gathered to share their latest research findings across the humanities, sciences, medicine and engineering.
