Shanghai Disney Resort marks 10 years of community impact on Intl Children's Day
Shanghai Disney Resort released its 10th Anniversary Community Report on Monday, International Children's Day, celebrating a decade of corporate citizenship ahead of its official 10th anniversary on June 16.
The announcement coincided with the resort granting its 500th Disney wish to a critically ill child.
"For more than a decade, Shanghai Disney Resort has upheld Disney's longstanding tradition of positively impacting the community and protecting our environment. This report, along with our other 10th anniversary-themed community initiatives and the cherished wish journeys fulfilled at our resort, underscores the important role we play in bringing happiness where it's needed most, enriching the lives of disadvantaged groups in our community, promoting inclusion and protecting our natural world," said Andrew Bolstein, president and general manager of Shanghai Disney Resort. "We look forward to making a meaningful and lasting difference far into the future."
