Thai business leader bullish on China-Thailand trade prospects

Phaichit Viboontanasarn, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, said in a recent interview with China Daily that the "Big Market for All: Export to China" initiative launched by China's Ministry of Commerce creates significant opportunities for Thai businesses. He said the campaign demonstrates China's genuine commitment to opening its market wider and welcoming more foreign products and services.

"With only a four-to-five-hour flight separating Thailand and China, Thai enterprises are well-positioned to seize these opportunities by gaining a better understanding of Chinese consumer preferences and offering more high-quality products and services," he said.
