China, Russia conduct joint strategic air patrol

Chinese and Russian air forces conducted their 11th joint strategic aerial patrol on Saturday over the Sea of Japan, the East China Sea and the western Pacific, China's Ministry of National Defense said in an online release.
The patrol was conducted to show the shared resolve of both sides to maintain regional peace and stability, the ministry said in the release, without giving further details.
