The exhibition guides visitors through the evolutionary trajectory of kiln-making over a millennium, the masterful breakthroughs in craftsmanship, the global panorama of cultural exchanges, and the contemporary synergy between the city and its porcelain heritage.

At the opening ceremony, two initiatives were also unveiled: the "Jingdezhen World Cultural Heritage Thematic Itinerary" and the "Taoxichuan Migratory Artist Program". According to the organizers, the Taoxichuan program has, since its launch, attracted over 6,400 international artists from 65 countries to undertake residencies and create works in Jingdezhen. The program will continue its global recruitment drive in 2027.
