2026 International Audio-Visual Arts Carnival to launch in Shanghai

The Audio-Visual Wonderland immersive show, which will be held at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre from Sept 25 to 27, will integrate 3D projection mapping and motion capture technologies to transform traditional intangible cultural heritage and museum collections into immersive narrative scenes.

Two outdoor audio-visual concerts will be staged during the Mid-Autumn holiday: an esports symphony night on Sept 25, and a classical symphony concert conducted by renowned composer Tan Dun on Sept 27. Both events will feature AR glasses experiences to deliver a mixed-reality audio-visual effect.
