"The government should give priority to slow-traffic systems in downtown areas or short-distance travel, compared to vehicle systems. There are no special non-motor vehicle lanes in many places, and motor vehicles and bikes have to rush through the same lane. For the sake of safety, people have given up riding a bike or walking. I suggest single bicycle-only lanes."
Slow-traffic systems refer to travel on foot or on a bike.
