Hangzhou Week kicks off at Garden Expo

The three-day cultural event, Hangzhou Week, which included traditional Chinese performances by the Hangzhou Huanglong Yueju Opera Troupe and a tea ceremony, concluded at the Chrysanthemum Square of Beijing International Garden Expo, on June 2.

During the tea ceremony, visitors had the opportunity to taste the famous Xihu Longjing tea, a green tea which comes from the mountains around Xihu Lake (West Lake), in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

A tea ceremony and various performances were part of the program of Hangzhou Week in the Beijing International Garden Expo, on June 2.
