Man builds villa on top of apartment tower

A villa house is seen on top of a 26-storey apartment building in Beijing in this photo taken on August 12, 2013. The house, built with rocks that decorated with trees and bushes, covers more than 1,000 square meters (10,000 square feet) and has two stoires. The owner of the house had reportedly demoslished his 100-square-meter house and built this private gardern. Neighbors have been complaining about damage to pipes and walls in their units due to the counstruction of the house atop.
