Rule to make buying car harder

Buying a car in Beijing is likely to become more difficult under a draft plan put forward by the municipal transportation authority. According to the draft, people have to submit parking space certificate when they apply to buy a car, the Beijing Morning Post reported. Under current regulations, applicants have to go through a monthly lottery system to decide whether they can get a license to buy a car.
