Driver accused of intentional homicide

A female driver was accused of intentional homicide and her father of being an accessory at Beijing Second International People's Court, anhuinews.com reported. On the evening of Jan 27, Yang Xue'ou, while leaving a parking lot in downtown Beijing, paid only 20 yuan ($3.30) when the attendant asked for 40 yuan. She sped away in her SUV and the attendant, who was holding the door handle, fell and died from head injuries. Her father, Yang Songnan, then drove her out of Beijing.
