Cabbies can pick up passengers who use taxi-booking apps in a designated area at Beijing Capital International Airport. Beijing News reported on Tuesday that taxi drivers can use taxi-booking apps in the parking lot if they are reserved by passengers in advance. Drivers can park for free in the lot for 30 minutes, but will be punished if they pick up passengers in other areas of the airport.
