A man in Beijing filed a lawsuit that seeks compensation for his medical bill, plus 2,400 yuan ($385) for a basketball-game ticket, after he said he was injured by a taxi and missed the game, Beijing Times reported on Sunday.
The man, identified only by his surname, Zheng, said he was riding an electric motorbike on his way to a finals game of the Chinese Basketball Association on March 23 when a door of a taxi beside him suddenly opened and knocked him to the ground.
