A regulation covering the inspection and testing of railway products will take effect on Tuesday, according to the National Railway Administration. Under the regulation, rail products that affect human safety and the environment should be tested and the results of these tests publicized regularly. Companies must also stop making products that fail the test, while other companies must not buy such products.
