A small shop in Beijing's Haidian district drew police attention when its turnover went up to 20 million yuan ($3.26 million) in just five months. Its owner, surnamed Men, was recently sentenced to six years in prison and fined 300,000 yuan for illegally helping others to obtain credit card cash through point-of-sales machines in his shop, Beijing Times reported.
