APEC vacationers can put car on the train

Beijing residents who plan to leave the city during the APEC summit will be able to put their cars on the train, Beijing Railway Administration has announced.

A vehicle transportation service will be provided from Nov 4 to 14, according to a notice on the administration's website. The service will run between the capital and six provinces - Shaanxi, Sichuan, Hunan, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Hubei. Many people in Beijing will have a holiday from Nov 7 to 12 because of the summit.
