Another initiator, Ai Shu shared the same feelings. She and her 58-year-old father Ai Youming appeared at the exhibition on Sunday. "Daughters are always the focus in fathers' camera," Ai Shu' father said at the exhibition.

During the 1980s, at the beginning of China's reform and opening up, most Chinese used black-and-white roll film. Ai Youming, however, spent over 200 yuan (nearly a year's salary) on a color camera – Pear River S201. So in 1984, shortly after Ai Shu's birth, she had color photos that most Chinese would admire at that time.

Another initiator Di Sha 's father Di Hui, 58, fell in love with photographing when accidentally read his daughter's photography textbook at college – and then he could never stop it. Di Sha also hopes that more people could see her father's works at the Fathers' Vision.

The famous photographer He Yanguang says it is an extremely meaningful endeavor for daughters' to throw exhibition for fathers. He also suggests that more photographers target their lens at families and in everyday life to capture more beautiful moments.

The exhibition is to be held at Ldag cafe, Today Art Museum in Beijing. It will last till July 5th.
