“More than Hutong” mini Hutong marathon kicks off in Beijing on Dec 8. [Photo/chinanews.com]
On Dec 8, a Hutong mini marathon was held in Beijing with the theme of “More than Hutong”.
Hundreds of pupils, citizens and foreigners earned a chance to stand in Dongsi (literally, the "Eastern Four" or the "Eastern Quadrangle") Hutong, a 750-year-old alley, to appreciate the casual and charming life of the common people in the old city and embark on the road to a healthier life.
