At the request of China.com Inc trading in its shares in the Hong Kong bourse
has been suspended with effect from 0630 GMT Monday pending the release of a
formal announcement in respect of a discloseable transaction of the Company
involving the issue of new shares as part of the consideration for the
transaction. (Dow Jones Newswires)
Ingram Micro, world's largest technology distributor, is looking to buy 60
percent of the distribution business of Digital China Holdings Ltd for US$260
million. The talks were in the final stage of price discussion while an
agreement was expected to be reached this month the earliest. (Sing Tao Daily
