Agriculture: Food security fears (Xinhua) Updated: 2006-04-06 14:38
China is continuing to lose vast areas of arable land to construction,
leading to concerns for the grain security of the world's most populous

down from 0.094 hectares a year earlier, Wednesday's China Youth Daily
reported. (For more biz stories, please visit Industry Updates) |
