The Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Information Industry will stage the 5th China Suzhou Electronics Manufacturer Exposition from October 18 to 21.The information technology (IT) trade show this year will not only serve as a business-to-business platform but also offer an opportunity for the general public to learn more about the industry.

China's information technology firms posted a combined profit of 45.1 billion yuan (US$5.6 billion) in the first five months, a 34 percent growth year-on-year and 8.5 percentage points higher than the national industry profit annual growth rate, according to the Ministry of Information Industry.
