The 20th China Dalian Import & Export Commodities Fair opened yesterday in this port city in Northeast China's Liaoning Province.

Focusing on machinery, electronic products, metals, minerals and chemicals, the four-day fair, with 2,000 booths, has attracted about 100 top businesses from 22 countries, such as the United States, Russia, Italy and Japan.

Organizers are holding forums and seminars to promote businesses in the US, France and South Africa.
