apartment complex has finally sold its first unit.
An anonymous buyer from Southeast Asia purchased a 979-square-meter duplex
for 130 million yuan (US$16.25 million) at Tomson Riviera, the company said
yesterday. That works out to about 130,000 yuan a square meter for a flat in
development's prime building, Tower A.
Tomson Riviera comprises 220 apartments in four residential towers, each 40
to 44 stories high, along the east bank of the Huangpu River. There's also a
