IT: 3G licenses

Updated: 2006-08-14 10:55 China may again delayed the
long-awaited licenses for third-generation telecommunications services.
The timetable has been extended from this year to the middle of next year to
clear up possible restructuring in the telecom market and complete patent
negotiations, a Beijing-based consulting firm said.
