Global technology giant IBM said yesterday that China's technology service sector is at a turning point from separate services to integrated solutions, and from customized services to standardized ones.

Speaking on the 10th anniversary of the launch of the company's service business in China, IBM China Vice-President Timothy Cheung said that this shift will have a major impact on the market.
