Science: Chinese students can take ACT at home

Chinese students who plan to study in the United States will be able to take the American College Test (ACT) at home, according to the ongoing China Education Expo 2006.

Previously, Chinese high school students had to travel to the U.S., Hong Kong, or a few schools in China to take the test, according to the Beijing Evening News report.

ACT is the  most widely accepted  U.S. college entrance exam and is recognized by more than 3,300 American universities, the paper said.
