Indeed, there seems to be a constant supply of gullible people. We need constant efforts to inform them of the tricks and the terrible consequences of being trapped.

In this regard, efforts by the Ministry of Public Security alone are not enough. All related departments should take part in the educational programmes.

As for the love of easy money, it is a problem that the government cannot solve alone. It needs efforts from all sections of society to remind our people, as put by Gao Feng from the ministry's economic crime department, that there is no free lunch in this world. And if there really is one, it could be bait.

In addition to education, the country's judicial system should improve itself to be more effective in punishing the cheating felons to deter possible offenders.
