Poltrona Frau SpA, the Italian maker of Cappellini and Cassina armchairs and tables, may enter China as it expands in emerging markets to help boost sales 15 percent a year.

The furniture maker, which raised 103 million euros (US$137 million) in a stock market listing last month, also plans to build its business in the United Arab Emirates and opened a store in Istanbul four months ago, Vice Chairman Matteo Montezemolo said. "We are already present in Japan and from there we are studying the Chinese market to decide in which way we want to grow," Montezemolo said.
