A recent online survey in Shanghai has shown that the majority of white-collar workers are happy with their jobs.

The survey was conducted by www.zhaoping.com and quizzed 5,000 local white collars.

Over 70 percent of them said they are satisfied with their current job, but 90 percent of them expressed their wish to get promoted.

Meanwhile, working pressure is becoming greater, and most wanted to improve their relationship with their boss.
