Energy: February gasoline exports up 61.9%

The country'ss gasoline exports rose 61.9 percent year on year in February to 680,000 tons, reversing a downward trend in overseas sales of the refined fuel in previous months.

Preliminary data Thursday from the General Administration of Customs showed that China's gasoline exports between January and February totaled 1.03 million tons, up 32.2 percent from the corresponding period a year earlier. China¡¯s fuel oil and diesel imports in February totaled 1.59 million tons and 30,000 tons respectively, while kerosene imports totaled 390,000 tons, the data showed.
