Ctrip.com International Ltd, the largest online travel service provider in China, said it would give 30 percent of its profits as dividends to shareholders, the fourth consecutive year that the Chinese Internet company is paying a dividend. Its net profit in 2006 was $9 million. The company also announced that it would start building an office project and the construction work alone will cost some $20 million.
