Sanofi-Aventis will spend 100 million euros to build a vaccine plant in Shenzhen in southern China, Sanofi Chief Executive Gerard Le Fur said on Sunday.

An agreement to build the factory is one of several business deals expected to be signed on Monday in the presence of Chinese President Hu Jintao and visiting French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
