China's stocks open slightly higher - Sept 1

BEIJING - China's stocks opened slightly higher Wednesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.09 percent to open at 2,641.05 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.27 percent to open at 11,369.39 points.
