Mengniu Dairy Group gave a free concert to 1,000 people at Beijing Music Hall in late April. Called the Telunsu City Concert, it will be held in 26 Chinese major cities in 2011.
Telunsu is Mengniu's high-end milk brand. The company said this concert program will cover cities with a population of 200 million and 100,000 Telunsu members, who can apply for free tickets online.
The program also includes a piano competition. The winner will play on the same stage as pianist Lang Lang, said Wang Jianbang, Mengniu's vice-president.
