Officials from African embassies in Beijing at a meeting to promote business opportunities in Africa to Shenzhen investors at Wuzhou Guest House yesterday. The officials were invited to attend the China Hi-Tech Fair.

Statistics show Shenzhen had approved 49 enterprises to set up branches in African countries by the end of October. The trade volume between Shenzhen and African countries was $10 billion between January and September, double the volume for the same period last year.
